Automatic Route Selection (ARS)
Honovi's initial translation application automated customer specific Automatic Route Selection
provisioning. An ARS is a dialing plan designed by the customer that allows them to control how
their local, toll and internal phone calls are routed. The manual creation of an ARS is very
inefficient and filled with errors due to the labor-intensive process of manually assigning
individual NXX's to their correct route.
Honovi's ARS solution reduced the cost of provisioning
an ARS by 90% and cut the implementation timeframe to as little as 2 to 3 hours. Marketing
representatives answered a series of questions based on customer requirements. From the answers,
Honovi's solution automatically processed the request and performed the required translations.
The benefit of the automation was increased efficiencies and reduced costs due to standardized
translations, reduction in rework and streamlining of the processes.

ASAC
ASAC is a web-based application designed to manage and track structure access
(Telephone Poles, Conduit, etc.) requests for a major RBOC.
CLEC's, municipalities and other communications companies submit requests to
lease facilities from the RBOC.
An integrated workflow ensures that all
activities are assigned and worked in a timely manner. Customer correspondence
is handled automatically thru an XML-based merged document system.
The solution also has a full reporting module and performance metrics that track
compliance with federally mandated timetables. A billing module provides further
integration to ensure the proper revenue is being collected for all structures being leased.
