Service Providers have developed streamlined systems for provisioning products into their networks, but have
limited processes for disconnecting services. Due to this, network assets remain tied up either in the network
elements, inventory or provisioning systems, making them unusable for servicing new customers.
Asset Recovery
The DART module provides Service Providers the unique ability to locate stranded network assets that are in
an out-of-service state, or have inconsistencies with reference systems such as billing, Activation Service
Requests (ASR) or inventory.
By combining operational measurements from the network elements with support system data, offline testing
is performed to produce recovery candidates with a repeatable and systemic process.

between network elements and reference systems that must be eliminated. By verifying circuits provisioned
