Ongoing Needs:
Honovi Solutions
is growing and looking for great direct sales people with at least 3-6 years of
sales experience selling medium to large-scale software solutions. Complete solutions
include consulting services, project leadership and management, system design and
development, training, documentation and ongoing support. Knowledge and experience
with the telecommunications industry is desired.
Responsibilities:

Researches emerging trends in the marketplace identifying market needs for new solutions.

Establishes and maintains relationships with customers and prospects within an assigned
territory for the ultimate purpose of selling and delivering Telecommunications
Solutions.

Establishes and maintains a rapport with customers and prospects. Provides expert
advice toward improving the results of telecom marketing initiatives.

Identifies the Honovi solutions that best satisfy prospect/customer needs.
-
Maximizes customer value by leveraging Honovi capabilities. Works with Honovi support
and delivery teams to implement solutions using the Honovi Solutions Framework and
other methods as required.

Reports to the Honovi Sales Executive of the Honovi Sales Office in Farmington Hills,
Michigan. May direct the activities of less experienced sales representatives.

Develops a thorough knowledge of all Honovi solutions and services.

Studies customer system needs and formulates written proposals consistent with the
Honovi business plan and philosophies.

Maintains a thorough knowledge of the products and systems offered by competitors
in order to appropriately position Honovi.

Participates in or originates lead generation activity. Includes working with Honovi
marketing personnel with prospect identification and qualification, obtaining appointments,
cold calling and participation in industry specific seminars and education programs,
trade shows and exhibits.

Contacts potential customers to stimulate interest in Honovi solutions. Follows
up on all sales leads as quickly as possible.

Manages assigned territory independently. Maximizes territory coverage.

Provides customers accurate and timely information on the progress of solutions
being implemented.

Prepares oral and written reports on sales activities, market positioning, customer
complaints, needs, etc.
Qualifications:
-
Proven successful sales track record.

Proactive and Goal Oriented. Must possess that drive to make things happen; must
be a self-starter.

Bachelors degree in business administration, computer science or other degree with
related experience. MBA preferred.

Communication. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills with the
ability to communicate at all levels of the target organization.

Team Player. Able to work effectively in a team environment. Work closely with marketing,
delivery, peers, subordinates and management.

Sales. Capable of lead generation and sales skills including cold calling, making
sales presentations at all levels within the target organization, working with the
business client as well as the IT (technical or engineering) side of the business,
negotiating skills and the ability to close the sale.

Interpersonal. Able to negotiated effectively. Knows how to cope with the resolve
conflicts.

3+ years selling complete software products, preferably in the Telecommunications
industry.

Innovative. Has a thorough understanding of the capabilities of the client and competitors,
and effectively uses this information in the sales process to better serve the client’s
needs. Demonstrates originality and creativity in solving problems and meeting the
needs of the target client.
